It was brought to the attention of the office of the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy on September 9, 2020, that Edith D. Morgan, NP, passed away on July 22, 2020. No remaining prescriptions or refills prescribed by Morgan are valid. Please see the regulation below that states no prescription is valid 30 days after the prescriber/patient relationship is terminated. 

Article XII (8) of the Mississippi Pharmacy Regulations states, "A prescription becomes invalid thirty (30) days after the prescriber/patient relationship is terminated..."
