Compounding Statistical Report – Annual Requirement

Pharmacies holding a Mississippi Board of Pharmacy Compounding Certificate are required to submit a Compounding Statistical Report each year.

Who Must Submit

  • Any pharmacy holding a compounding certificate
  • Applies only to sterile compounding
    • If your pharmacy compounds non-sterile products only, you must still submit the report and indicate zero sterile compounding activity

Reporting Period

  • The report must reflect compounding activity for the previous calendar year (January 1 – December 31)

Submission Deadline

  • Reports must be submitted no later than January 31 of each year

How to Submit

  • Compounding Statistical Report form
  • Follow the Gateway Portal instructions to complete and upload the report
    • Step 1: Go to the Gateway and click on the green tile of your compounding certificate.

Additional Notes

  • Submission of a recent compounding inspection is not required with this report, as inspection documentation is submitted as part of the renewal process
  • Failure to submit the required report by the deadline may result in non-compliance
