The following regulations have been amended and became effective October 22, 2020:
ARTICLE XLVII PHYSICIAN DISPENSING FACILITY PERMIT
- This is a new regulation regarding any facility where a physician is dispensing prescription medications. This new regulation supports new regulations proposed by the Medical Licensure Board.
