Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM)

A Pharmacy Benefit License is required to do business as a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM). PBMs must also file certain financial statements with the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy. Below are links to applications and instructions for filing:

Each Licensee OR Administrative Agent must register in the Licensure Gateway in order to submit and maintain licensure applications and information with the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy.  Individuals must register to submit an application for a NEW or the RENEWAL of a Pharmacy Benefit Manager license.

Pharmacy Benefit Manager Application for a License Renewal is Due NO LATER than December 31st ANNUALLY.
