The following regulations have been amended and will become effective December 21, 2023:
ARTICLE III: Pharmacy Extern/Intern Registration and Practical Experience Requirement
- This an amendment to the Rule regarding the requirements of a pharmacy extern/intern to obtain a registration with the Board.
ARTICLE XX: Partial Filling of Schedule II Prescriptions
- This is an amendment to an existing regulation regarding the partial filling of Schedule II prescriptions for terminally ill or long term care facility patients.
Article LI: Consulting Pharmacists to Ambulatory Surgery Centers and Multi-Provider Clinics
- This is a new rule outlining the responsibilities of consultant pharmacists who advise ambulatory surgery centers or muti-provider clinics.
