Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM)

A Pharmacy Benefit License is required to do business as a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM). PBMs must also file certain financial statements with the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy. Below are links to applications and instructions for filing:

Each Licensee OR Administrative Agent must register in the Licensure Gateway in order to submit and maintain licensure applications and information with the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy.  Individuals must register to submit an application for a NEW or the RENEWAL of a Pharmacy Benefit Manager license.

(Any personal data of the person registering cannot be seen by the Board of Pharmacy staff.  This information is required as a security measure to document the individual making changes or additions to the PBM license.)
