No remaining prescriptions or refills prescribed by him are valid. Please see the regulation below that states no prescription is valid 30 days after the prescriber/patient relationship is terminated.
Article XII (8) of the Mississippi Pharmacy Regulations states, "A prescription becomes invalid thirty (30) days after the prescriber/patient relationship is terminated..."
